I love referrals! I especially love that referrals connect me to great people! The Desharnais’ are new to the area, and Andrea had heard of me from my wedding client, Tracey! (Thank you Tracey!) Baby Zoe came about a week early! Lucky mom and dad didn’t have to wait too long to meet her. At just 5 days old I was invited into the Desharnais home to capture the love they have for this new baby girl and the excitement they have as parents! I just loved the smiles on their faces as they looked at her. Each time I photograph a newborn and see that look on mom and dad’s face, it reminds me of the miracle of life. We start out so small and completely dependent on that love which is so freely and effortlessly given to us! This little girl is so blessed to have you as parents! I love that my job gives me the opportunity to meet such wonderful people at such incredible moments in life! Thank you for inviting me into your life at such a precious time! I really can’t wait to see little Zoe again!

They have been long time friends who’s love grew from a beginning as friends, then best friends and now soon to be husband and wife. I guarantee anyone who meets Tracey & Jim walk away knowing they have just met two of the nicest people! I’ve enjoyed getting to know this couple so much over the past year and was anticipating this day as much as they were! I arrived at Jim’s parent’s house prepared with a trunk load of umbrellas for the rainy day that was not going to get in the way of this wedding, or the gorgeous memories I had promised them! I must say that I have never seen a mother of the groom so delighted to be getting a new daughter in law! Mom was bouncing around the house and the smile never left her precious face the entire day. We captured some great images of the guys, and then headed to Tracey’s parents house where the girls were all busy making every little detail about Tracey perfect! The last time I had seen Tracey, just a few days before, I had said “The next time I see you, you will look and feel the most beautiful you ever have in your whole life”. It was true! She took your breathe away! Despite the rain that fell all day, we were able to capture this day beautifully and had so much fun with the party and the guests!
